Tilt & Turn
The Gardinia tilt & turn replacement window provides you with two options. Turn the window handle and the top tilts inwardly open to provide fresh air ventilation. Simply close the opener and turn the handle further and the whole window swings open on side hinges into the property.
Our tilt & turn window comes with unique concealed hinges within the rebate of the outer frame meaning that you will benefit from neat uncluttered internal sight lines. Most other systems are fitted with face fixed bulky hinges screwed to the inner framework, which also means that the outer frame will need to be increased to accommodate.
With the window fully open it allows the outside surface to be easy reached and cleaned. Additionally due to the maximum opening area facility the window can provide a potential escape route in the event of an emergency. This is fully compliant with the latest Building Regulations.
But dont be fooled even though our tilt turn window provides all these facilities, security is still maintained by high tensile locking cams all round the opening providing security and increased weather sealing.
